Who we are

QuestX (quest-x.ai) is the rewarded-engagement and affiliate platform of the Intelliverse ecosystem. This policy covers the QuestX website, member web app, and partner surfaces.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and profile details you provide when you sign up or contact us.
• Activity data — quest completions, offers redeemed, points and payout history, needed to run your rewards balance.
• Identity verification — for cash payouts we verify identity (KYC/AML) through our verification provider; verification documents are processed by that provider, not stored by QuestX.
• Campaign attribution — if you arrive from an ad we may store UTM parameters and click identifiers for the session to attribute signups.
• Analytics — when enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views; no cross-site tracking profiles are built.

How we use it

To operate rewards and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with financial regulations, respond to your requests, and improve the product. Within the Intelliverse ecosystem, quest activity may be written to the Memory scoped to the brand or app whose quest you completed, so their experiences can recognize you — governed by that brand or app’s consent settings.

Sharing

We share data with payment and payout processors, identity-verification and anti-fraud providers, affiliate networks (to validate transactions you opted into), and infrastructure vendors — each only what they need. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from account settings or by contacting us. Deletion requests are honored subject to legal retention duties (e.g. payout and tax records).
