Entity and agreement
These terms are provided by Intelli-Verse X, Inc. for QuestX. A paid campaign, connected pilot, or enterprise deployment may require an order form, insertion order, data-processing addendum, or other written agreement. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this public summary.
The service
QuestX lets members earn points for verified actions (quests, surveys, cashback shopping, and similar offers). Eligible points may be redeemed using methods shown in-product for that member, provider, and jurisdiction. Points have no intrinsic or fixed cash value. Any redemption quote is transaction-specific and can expire or change before confirmation. Brands and publishers use QuestX to run rewarded performance campaigns. QuestX is part of the Intelliverse ecosystem.
Earnings — no guarantees
Earnings depend on the offers available to you and the actions you complete. QuestX does not guarantee any level of income. Offer availability, point values, and redemption options can change. Fraudulent or automated activity forfeits points and may close the account.
Payouts & verification
Reward methods, thresholds, fees, and identity checks vary. Redemptions are processed by third-party providers and can be delayed or declined where required by law or our anti-fraud checks. Affiliate cashback posts after the merchant confirms the transaction, which can take the merchant’s stated validation window.
Brand & publisher terms
Campaigns are governed by the checkout terms, order, insertion order, or other written agreement accepted for that purchase. Published plan prices are planning inputs and do not independently define funding, billable events, support, service levels, refunds, or availability. Publisher revenue share is set in its agreement. Capabilities labeled “Preview” are pilots, not a commitment of general availability.
Billing, cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Campaign funding, taxes, invalid-traffic adjustments, overdelivery, cancellation, refunds, support, and service levels are governed by the checkout terms or written agreement accepted for that order. Published prices alone do not create a service level or refund entitlement. Report a member reward or commercial billing dispute to legal@intelli-verse-x.ai with the account, campaign, transaction, and supporting evidence; provider validation may be required before resolution.
Providers and governing terms
Payment, identity, affiliate, and reward providers process eligible activity under their own availability and legal requirements. Provider names and methods shown in-product can change by market. Governing law, venue, data roles, and processor commitments for a commercial deployment are stated in its signed agreement.
Acceptable use & liability
Do not misuse the service (fraud, multiple accounts, scraping, reverse engineering, unlawful content). The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
